Toshikazu Katayama (片山 敏一 Katayama Toshiichi, born June 5, 1913) was a Japanese figure skater.
He won the Japan Figure Skating Championships from 1933 to 1935 and 1937, 1938 and represented Japan at the 1936 Winter Olympics, World Figure Skating Championships from 1936.
