The Erg agama (Trapelus tournevillei ) is a species of lizard in the Agamidae family.[2]
Etymology
The specific name, tournevillei, is in honor of French herpetologist Albert Tourneville.[3]
Geographic range
T. tournevillei is found in Algeria and Tunisia.[2]
Habitat
Its natural habitat is hot deserts.[2]
Conservation status
It is threatened by habitat loss.[2]
