Hakhamaneshi joined Naft Tehran in 2011, after spending the previous season at Sepahan Novin in the Azadegan League.[2]

In 2012, Hakhamaneshi was called up by Carlos Queiroz to participate in an Iran national under-20 football team training camp in preparation for the Asian Cup world qualifiers beginning in June of that year.[3]
