Vicente Ramos Cecilio

Vicente Ramos Cecilio (born March 18, 1947 in Ciudad Rodrigo, Salamanca, Spain) is a former basketball player from Spain, who competed at the 1968 and 1972 Summer Olympics.[1] He is the uncle of tennis player Fernando Verdasco.
