Translator
On November 5, 2014, Winchester Radio Broadcasters, LLC, operating under the licensee City Commons, LLC VA Series A, purchased translator W275BV from Starboard Media Foundation for $11,000.[4] The sale was closed on November 18, 2014.[5]
The translator simulcasts WXVA on 102.9 FM, with a signal covering the City of Winchester and Frederick County.[6][7][8] The translator began broadcasting on May 4, 2015.
