William S. "Bill" Taylor was an American football coach. He served as the head football coach at Morgan State University in 1928, at Lincoln University in Oxford, Pennsylvania from 1930 to 1932, and at University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff from 1937 to 1940, compiling a career college football record of 37–29–8.[1]
