Williamsburg Christian Academy is an interdenominational Christian school located in Williamsburg, Virginia, USA. Established in 1978, the school serves students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and by the Association of Christian Schools International.
Campus
Opened in 2004, the campus consists of a 56-acre educational complex.[2]
Pre-Kindergarten
The Director of Pre-School is Mrs. Michelle Flannigan. WCA offers a 5-day per week Pre-K (4 year olds) program with a full or half day option.
Elementary
The Head of Elementary is Mrs. Michelle Flanagan. Academically, the school possesses a strong phonics reading program, encourages advancement in core academic subject areas, and offers enrichment classes in music, art, computer, and library skills. Spiritually, WCA provides daily praise and worship times for its Pre-K through 2nd grade students, as well as weekly, age-appropriate chapel services. Character development and community service are areas of emphasis.
Competitive Opportunities
Elementary school students have the opportunity to participate in competitive activities including the ACSI Spelling Bee, ACSI Math Olympics, ACSI Metro Art Festival, Battle of the Books, and Music in the Parks (Strings).
Music Programs
String instrument classes[3] are offered beginning in grade 2, and a comprehensive general music program[4] is available to all students.
Middle school
The WCA Middle School program is designed to be developmentally appropriate while ensuring academic advancement.[5] In addition to academic programs, Christ-centered education is emphasized through inductive Bible study and prayer group meetings, weekly chapel programs, Christian drama and choral singing, and community service including local mission service projects.

The Head of High School is Mrs. Jane Vaught. Williamsburg Christian Academy's High School features a college-preparatory curriculum. Bible study and prayer groups, weekly chapel services, mission trips, and community service projects are provided and available to students.[6]
