Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse Coaster is an attraction at Universal Studios Florida. It is the park's first roller coaster and the first roller coaster constructed at Universal Orlando Resort. The coaster was built in 1999, between the outside queue area for E.T. Adventure and the former 1990 Hard Rock Cafe building. The pretense is that guests are going on a wild ride through Woody Woodpecker's own Nut Factory.

Summary

Track layout
Turning the bend after the drop
Going under the lift hill

Riders enter Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse factory and take a wild ride.

Queue

As guests queue, they pass Woody Woodpecker's insignia, along with certain bells which make various noises which guests may pull. They also pass a sign where Splinter and Knothead, Woody's niece and nephew, are arguing about who will first sign it. Guests then enter the factory, where they line up in rows, and soon enter the ride vehicles.

Ride

After guests are seated, Woody's assistants have pushed down their lap bars, a bell rings, and the ride train leaves the station and starts to climb a lift. As it nears the top, riders have a full view of Kidzone. At the top, a sign reads "Ready or nut...Here we go!" and Woody can be heard saying "Guess who?", and then doing his famous laugh. The vehicle goes down a winding drop and goes up a hill and does a smaller drop and goes in multiple winding turns before coming to a complete stop with signs in front of it which read "STOP! TRACK ENDS! NOW!". The vehicle then comes back to the station and guests exit.
