YOUR Radio (formerly Castle Rock FM) is a Independent Local Radio station, serving Argyll & Bute, Inverclyde and West Dunbartonshire. It broadcasts from studios in Clydebank and is owned and operated wholly independently.
Overview
Originally broadcasting as Castle Rock FM, the Dumbarton-based licence relaunched as Your Radio when it expanded its coverage area to Helensburgh (broadcasting on 106.9 FM). Previously owned by Clyde and Forth Press, it was sold onto Romanes Media Group, until the firm was brought by Newsquest in August 2015.[1] Three months later, the station was brought out for an undisclosed sum by directors Gary Marshall and Spencer Pryor.[2]
Programming
All of Your Radio's programming is produced and broadcast from its Clydebank studios. The station's weekday presenters are Stuart Dickson (breakfast), Tracy Cunningham (mid-morning), Gary Marshall (Drivetime) and John Scott (late night).[3] Weekend presenters include Mike McLean, Josie Smith and Rachelle Rhienne.[4]
News
Local news bulletins air hourly from 6-10am and 4-7pm on weekdays with headlines at 7.30am, 8.30am, 4.30pm and 5.30pm Weekend bulletins air hourly from 8-11am. The station carries hourly national bulletins from Sky News Radio at all other times.[5]
The station's journalists are Paul Kelly, Gary Pews and Steve Delahaye.
