Ystrad Aeron is a small village west of Felinfach on the A482 between Lampeter and Aberaeron in Ceredigion, west Wales, at a junction with the B4342 road that leads to Llanarth on the A487 near New Quay It has two pubs, a church, a garage and a caravan park.

One pub, the Vale of Aeron, was reportedly a favourite watering hole of Dylan Thomas when he lived in nearby Talsarn in the 1940s.[1] The other, the Brynog Arms, pictured at lower right, reopened as a Cafe and Public House in 2015[2]

The old railway branch to Aberaeron ran through the villages and its station was at first named Ystrad and later Felin Fach. The station closed in 1951 and the line in 1973.
