Zan Rowe

Susanna "Zan" Rowe (born March 1978) is an Australian radio announcer, best known for her work on the nationally broadcast Triple J.

Radio

Rowe started out at SRA FM in 1996 (now SYN Radio) on a show called Run with the hunted, before moving to the Monday drive shift on premier community radio station 3RRR 102.7FM presenting Transit Lounge from 2002–2004.

In 2005, she took up a full-time position with Triple J. In 2006/7 she presented the 'Summer Lunch' (weekdays from 10 am – 2 pm). On 29 January 2007 Rowe replaced Mel Bampton on 'Mel in the Morning' (which had replaced 'The Morning Show' in 2004) in the 9 am to midday timeslot.

Rowe also regularly fills in for music director Richard Kingsmill on the new releases show '2015' (named after the current year).

Television

In 2009, Zan joined music presenter Richard Kingsmill in presenting a special edition of rage, Triple J Hottest 100 of All Time, broadcast over two nights on the weekend of Friday 7 August 2009.[1]

Rowe has also been a regular guest on ABC News Breakfast to discuss music news.
