1947 Indiana Hoosiers football team
The 1947 Indiana Hoosiers football team represented the Indiana Hoosiers in the 1947 college football season. The team compiled a 5–3–1 record (2–3–1 in conference play), and finished in tie for sixth place in the Big Ten Conference. The Hoosiers played their home games at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Indiana. The team was coached by Bo McMillin, in his 14th and final year as head coach of the Hoosiers. McMillin retired from his position as head coach at the end of the year.
