The 2011–12 Essex Senior Football League season is the 41st in the history of Essex Senior Football League a football competition in England. Witham Town completed the treble by winning the Essex Senior League, the Challenge Cup and the Gordon Brasted Memorial Trophy.
Premier Division

- Sporting Bengal United, joining from the Kent League Premier Division.
- Mauritius Sports, changed their name to Haringey & Waltham Development.
