Achada Fazenda is a settlement in the eastern part of the island of Santiago, Cape Verde. Its 2010 population was 2,592 making the the eight most populated community on the island. It is situated near the east coast, 2 km southeast of Pedra Badejo. Ribeira Seca is to the west.
