Bělá is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.3 square kilometres (1.3 sq mi), and has a population of 56 (as at 2 October 2006).
Bělá lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south of Pelhřimov, 26 km (16 mi) west of Jihlava, and 106 km (66 mi) south-east of Prague.
