Casselman is a borough in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 99 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Johnstown, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census[4] of 2000, there were 99 people, 40 households, and 33 families residing in the borough. The population density was 513.3 people per square mile (201.2/km²). There were 46 housing units at an average density of 238.5 per square mile (93.5/km²). The racial makeup of the borough was 100.00% White.

There were 40 households out of which 37.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.0% were married couples living together, 7.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 17.5% were non-families. 15.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 15.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.48 and the average family size was 2.67.

In the borough the population was spread out with 22.2% under the age of 18, 6.1% from 18 to 24, 31.3% from 25 to 44, 24.2% from 45 to 64, and 16.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females there were 94.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 97.4 males.

The median income for a household in the borough was $30,000, and the median income for a family was $38,750. Males had a median income of $26,563 versus $41,250 for females. The per capita income for the borough was $13,543. There were 14.7% of families and 15.2% of the population living below the poverty line, including 9.1% of under eighteens and 53.8% of those over 64.
