Cawdor is a village of Wollondilly Shire, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Part of the locality of Cawdor lies within Camden Council.
Population
According to the 2011 census, there were 454 residents in Cawdor. 87.2% of people were born in Australia. The most common other countries of birth were New Zealand 2.2%, England 1.8% and Thailand 1.1%. In Cawdor 90.7% of people only spoke English at home. Other languages spoken at home included Italian 1.3%, Greek 1.1% and Maltese 0.9%. The most common responses for religion in Cawdor were Catholic 32.7%, Anglican 32.5% and No Religion 8.4%.[1]
