Charles L. Keyser
Charles Lovett Keyser is a retired Episcopal bishop. He was consecrated as the fourth bishop suffragan for the Armed Forces in the Episcopal Church on March 24, 1990. He retired on February 29, 2000, and serves as an assisting bishop in the Episcopal Diocese of Florida.
