Chromiec [ˈxrɔmjɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowe Miasto nad Wartą, within Środa Wielkopolska County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) south of Środa Wielkopolska and 47 km (29 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
The village has a population of 270.
