Colony Square Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Zanesville, Ohio. Opened in 1981, it features J. C. Penney, Elder-Beerman, Dunham's Sports, and a Cinemark movie theater. It is owned by Rouse Properties.
History
Lazarus, an original anchor, closed in 2002.[2] Three years later, the former building was torn down for a movie theater.[3] Old Navy closed in 2008.[4] Sears is still open.[5] A year later, Rouse confirmed that the former Sears would be converted to Dunham's Sports, which would be moving from an existing store opened in the mall in 2001.[6] The new Dunham's opened September 27, 2013.[7]
