Craig Deans (born 7 May 1974) is an Australian former football (soccer) player.

Biography

After a long period of injury Deans retired from football in 2007. In 2008, Deans became the inaugural youth team coach for the Newcastle Jets for their team in the new A-League National Youth League.[1]

On 5 October 2011, he was appointed interim coach of the Newcastle Jets after the sacking Branko Culina, and is the current assistant coach.[2]
