The cornerstone laying on 8 September 1993 at the five-hectare piece of land by Rev. Vicar of the Holy Rosary Province, Bonifacio Solis, O.P., crystallized their dream to move on.

Likewise, a college library, as the heart of the educative process, is found on the 2nd floor. The library collection consists of print and non-print media aimed at supporting both research and instruction.

It also serves as a venue for Faculty Development Programs such as seminars and/or recollection. Simultaneous with the construction of the AVR, the Convent was also undertaken. Located near the Veritas Sports Complex and the High School Building, it serves as the home of the Dominican Sisters.

Located in this building are the College Department, Directress' Office, the Treasurer's Office, the Registrar's Office, the Guidance Office and the MIS. The Center is equipped with complete science laboratory equipment and apparatus for hands-on wet and dry experiments and activities designed to complement the theoretical classroom science instruction.

In the same year the Dominican College - Santa Rosa acquired a one - hectare prime lot adjacent the main gate of the school. It envisions to house the Nursing Home and prime restaurant which will serve as an actual laboratory for the Nursing and HRM students, respectively. Latter part of 2005, the HRM laboratory was constructed just behind the College building. Highly equipped with modern-day apparatus needed for the training of the HRM students. The facilities include a kitchen, a receiving room, dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms which were furnished to the likings of a hotel suite. Alma mater hymn

O rock of truth

O heaven kissing hill

Beloved peak, Dominican and bright

For you we bend our often errant will

For you we seek the sweetness and the light

We trace the stars in wonder and surprise

And look for beauty by the singing stream

Through art and science you have turned our eyes

To weave the mystic fabric of our dream

To you o Alma Mater hail

With you, our dreams will never fail

For Dominic, the kind and wise

Shall lead us where our heaven lies

From pain and sin we seek redress

May God our Alma Mater bless

From pain and sin we seek redress

May God our Alma Mater blest!
