During the history, the club has known a successive wave of change coaches in a space of 60 years, USMA 67 coach known to an average of one every year coach, is that the Mustapha Aksouh longer drive the clubs (7 times), followed by the former player of the year 2000, Noureddine Saâdi who leads him both clubs especially in the company of Ali Fergani and Azzedine Aït Djoudi.

Over the 70 years, the club lost five finals Algerian Cup, that of 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973 .The club has had that time was headed by Algerian coaches following: Belamine Hamid Ahmed Zitoun and finally Abdelghani Zitouni knowing that during 1972, 1973 was in the clubs League 2 following their relegation to 1972 ending before last results at this time there by Ahmed Zitoun, it will have had to 1974 and the club became champion of League 2 and headed by Hamid Belamine Chaib Lamine and the club via the coach found the elite. Unfortunately hell will experience a return to the club during the year as in the 1980 the club finished second last and so is relegated to Ligue 2, leads to that time by the soviet Balacov accompanied Aarab Ahmed and Hamid Madani.

In 1983 drops League 2. From there the clubs no longer would win any title for some years despite the succession of coaches such as, Lakhder Guitoun Mokhtar Kalem and Mustapha Aksouh which latter make his first appearance during the period 1984 - 1986.

In 1987 Djamel Keddou accompanied by Mustapha Aksouh allowed the club to win the Algerian Cup in 1988, the club then driven by both coaches, drops League 2, but later becomes champion in 1987.

During 1988 led by Mustapha Aksouh the club wins the cup

He leads his players to a championship titles in Algeria, and a section of Algeria and a Semi-finals the African Cup Winners' Cup in 2002 in the company of Azzedine Aït Djoudi .Boualem Charef eventually brings a victory in the Cup of Algeria in 2003. As of 2005 the club win more titles than either national or international, with the arrival of President Haddad club professionalized and with the arrival of French coach Rolland Courbis from the great Swiss club FC Sion, the latter subsequently three times three cuts in Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 in 2014 to 2013 and for the first time for the club a historic international cut (although this last section being canceled on time today) it is the UAFA Cup in 2013 Subsequently it is another French coach who will take the reins of the club it is Hubert Velud if the dice its arrival manages to report the under the Algerian Super Cup in 2013.

Following the departure of Hubert Velud and Rolland Courbis it took the leadership of Montpellier HSC club is a time led by the German Otto Pfister, USMA search for another club following the departure of the German engineer Djamel Belmadi but he who refuses the offer USMA then this will be the second assistant coach USMA Miloud Hamdi which will ls Team reindeer in the context of 2015.
