Prior to joining politics, Memon worked at Citibank and helped with the launch of a vehicle tracking service provider in Pakistan, Trakker.[3] She joined Pakistan Television Corporation to advise on media management during Musharraf’s tenure. Memon is known for being one of the youngest female CEO of a multinational in Pakistan.[4] She also served in the media management wing of the Inter-Services Public Relations.[3]
