- 1 The election of Ambunti-Dreikikir People's Progress Party MP Ezekiel Anisi was invalidated by the Court of Disputed Returns in September 2012 as he had been too young to legally hold office when elected. The court declared losing candidate and former MP Tony Aimo rightfully elected.
- 2 Angoram Pangu Party MP Ludwig Schulze died on 8 March 2013. National Alliance Party candidate Salio Waipo won the resulting by-election in September.
