Miloňovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.28 square kilometres (2.42 sq mi), and has a population of 276 (as at 3 July 2006).
Miloňovice lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Strakonice, 47 km (29 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 103 km (64 mi) south of Prague.
