National Council of Churches in India or NCCI is an ecumenical organisation of the Protestant and Orthodox Churches in India.[4] NCCI is a member of ACT Development, a global alliance of churches and related agencies.
The organisation is considered to be fairly liberal, adopting a relatively tolerant position on homosexuality, which it considers "a natural or genetical reality".[5]
