Polepy is a village and municipality (obec) in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 18.32 square kilometres (7.07 sq mi), and has a population of 1,435 (as at 31 December 2007).
Polepy lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) east of Litoměřice, 23 km (14 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 49 km (30 mi) north of Prague.
