Rodolfo Novoa (born c. 1940) is an Argentine athlete, specializing in athletics and wheelchair basketball. Novoa won two silver medals at the 1964 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, (post 4x40) [1]and wheelchair basketball.[2]
The Argentine team that won the silver medal in Tokyo 1964 consisted of: Eduardo Albelo, Héctor Brandoni, Fernando Bustelli, Jorge Diz, Wilmer Gonzalez, Juan Grusovin, Roberto Iglesias, Federico Marin, Rodolfo Novoa, Juan Sznitowski and Dante Tosi.
