Sulkovec is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.54 square kilometres (3.30 sq mi), and has a population of 190 (as at 28 August 2006).
Sulkovec lies approximately 28 kilometres (17 mi) east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 58 km (36 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 146 km (91 mi) east of Prague.
