Tanya Arvind Dubash is the Executive Director and Chief Brand Officer at the Godrej Group. She is currently on the Boards of Godrej Industries Limited, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Godrej Agrovet Limited and is the Chairperson of Godrej Nature's Basket.[1] She is also a board member of the Bhartiya Mahila Bank and a Trustee of Brown University. She is the elder daughter of industrialist Mr. Adi Godrej.
Education and recognition
Tanya Dubash holds an A.B. cum laude degree in economics and political science from Brown University and is also an alumna of The Cathedral & John Connon School and Harvard Business School. She was recognised by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2007.
Career at Godrej Group
Tanya Dubash serves as the Executive Director and Chief Brand Officer of Godrej Industries Ltd. and is responsible for the Godrej Group's marketing function which includes leadership of the Strategic Marketing Group that drives the development of the Godrej Masterbrand. She currently serves as the Chairperson of Natures Basket Ltd and Director of Godrej Remote Services Ltd. and Ensemble Holdings & Finance Ltd. She is also a Director on the Board of Godrej Industries Limited, Godrej Consumer Products Limited and Godrej Agrovet Limited.
Other boards and committees
Tanya is a trustee of Brown University, a member of the Brown India Advisory Council and also on the Watson Institute Board of Overseers. Tanya was a member on the Board of the Bharatiya Mahila Bank between November 2013 and May 2015.[2]
Personal life
Tanya is married to Arvind Dubash, an Industrialist.[3] They live in Mumbai with their children Aryaan and Azaar.
