Wade, California

Wade is a former settlement in Modoc County, California.^[1] It was located 12 miles (19 km) north of Lookout.^[1]

A post office operated at Wade from 1880 to 1881.^[1] The name honors Pinkston Wade, its first postmaster.^[1]
