Wierzchlas [ˈvjɛʂxlas] is a village in Wieluń County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Wierzchlas. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) east of Wieluń and 86 km (53 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.[1]

The village has a population of 2,000.
