William J. "Bill" Larkin, Jr. (born February 5, 1928)[1] is a Republican member of the New York State Senate, representing the 39th district. He was first elected in 1990.

Larkin was a member of the New York State Assembly from 1979 to 1990, sitting in the 183rd, 184th, 185th, 186th, 187th and 188th New York State Legislatures.
