York Street is a street in Sydney, Australia. It runs south from the exit of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and ends at Druitt Street, near the Sydney Town Hall. Two lines of the T1 Northern and North Shore line Wynyard railway station run under the street. York Street is a one way southbound street, which is used predominantly by buses from northern districts of Sydney.

Scots Presbyterian Church is located at 2 York Street, on the corner of York and Margaret Street. The church was founded in 1882. The congregation has been relocated on several occasions to different sites in the Sydney CBD prior to moving back into its current site at 44 Margaret St, known as the Assembly Building in February 2006.^[1]
The Grace Hotel, a historic art-deco building opened in 1930 and modelled on Chicago's Tribune Tower that is now a hotel.
