Ward No. 124, Kolkata Municipal Corporation is an administrative division of Kolkata Municipal Corporation in Borough No. 16, covering parts of Barisha and Thakurpukur neighbourhoods in the Indian state of West Bengal. It forms a city municipal corporation council electoral constituency and is a part of Behala Purba (Vidhan Sabha constituency).[1]

Overview

The boundaries of the ward are: Chandi Charan Ghosh Road, James Long Sarani (Diamond Harbour Bypass), Vidyasagar Sarani and a line drawn in continuation to the east where it meets the north-western boundary of Chakthakurani mauza are in the north. The eastern boundary of Purba Barisha mauza are in the east. Mahatama Gandhi Road is in the south. Diamond Harbour Road is in the west.[2]
