Bukit Gantang is a federal constituency in Perak, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1986.
The federal constituency was created in the 1984 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Kurnia Jaya, Ayer Puteh, Simpang Halt, Jebong, Kuala Sapetang, Kampong Menteri, Matang Gelugor, Sungai Limau, Jalan Mangala, Kampong Jaha, Sungai Mati, Bendang Siam, Changkat Ibol, Palma, Pengkalan Aor, Simpang Lama, Simpang Baru, Jalan Simpang, Kawasan J.K.R., Larut Tin, Ayer Kuning, Changkat Jering, Jelutong, Bukit Gantang, Kampong Cheh, Kuala Trong, Pasir Hitam Trong, Kampong Tebok Trong, Trong, Trong Barat, Bukit Gantang Selatan, Ayer Terjun, Temelok, Sungai Che Rahmat, Permatang Raja, Sungai Tinggi, Padang Gajah, Batu Hampar, Sungai Rotan.
